What is Gentle Care Path?

Gentle Care Path is a registered LLC currently operating as a care and health staffing agency. We place trained CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers into private homes, family settings, and facility environments as appropriate.

Are staff trained before placement?

Yes. Gentle Care Path uses a training-first model. Staff complete orientation and role-based preparation before placement, with assignment-specific orientation when required.

Do you support families or only facilities?

Both. Gentle Care Path supports families seeking CNA/HHA/caregiver placement and organizations seeking supplemental CNA, HHA, or caregiver staffing.

Can Gentle Care Path provide urgent staffing?

Gentle Care Path may support urgent or short-notice requests depending on availability, staff qualifications, required credentials, location, and shift details.

What information is needed to request staff?
